May 27, 2013- Sign up for orientation.
July 9, 2013- Attend orientation.
September-October 2013- Complete IMPACT classes.
December 7 2013- Complete CPR/First Aid training.
December 2013 – January 2014- Complete the home study packet.
March – April 2014- Three separate home visits.
April 24, 2014- 1st Caseworker leaves the agency.
May 23, 2014- Supervisor finishes home study and signs off on everything that is completed.
June 12, 2014- Return final form to the supervisor.
July 9, 2014- First Placement
July 23, 2014-First placement done.
July 24, 2014- Second Placement
October 31, 2014-Second Caseworker leaves the agency.
March 14, 2015- First county caseworker leaves.
March 30, 2015- Third caseworker leaves the agency
